Officer Graduates Northwestern Center for Public Safety
Lt. Benjie Cain Completes 10-Week Course

Sandy Springs Police Lieutenant Benjie Cain recently graduated from Northwestern University's Center for Public Safety, held at the Roswell / Alpharetta Public Safety Training Center in Alpharetta, GA. Lieutenant Cain completed the ten-week School of Police Staff and Command on May 27. The School of Police Staff and Command provides upper-level college instruction in a total of twenty-two core or mandatory blocks of instruction and utilizes nine additional optional blocks of instruction during each session. Major topics include: Management and Management Theory, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources for Law Enforcement, Budgeting, Staffing Allocation, and Personnel Deployment.
